I was very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. Nolan was very informative, reports were easy to read and follow and video's to further explain certain areas of concern were very helpful. He followed up after the report with a call so we could walk thru everything in case I had questions. Would recommend, and will use in the future.

He did a very good job of pointing out. Detailed issues about the house that we're considering buying. In fact, it gave us more bargaining power when it came to the final price. Trying to explain why we're not accepting the price that the house was offered at. Plus from his report, we now have a list Of items that need to be taken care of once we purchased the house.
